If you get this error messages when give command php -v or see in /var/log/messages
- First find php5-sqlite package in /var/db/pkg
ls /var/db/pkg | grep sqlite
php5-sqlite-5.2
- Remove php5-sqlite package with pkg_delete or go to /usr/ports/databases/php5-sqlite and make deinstall
- If you need update ports database do it with cvsup
- Install php5-sqlite again with pkg_add or make install clean
